Return Policy

Return Policy for One Stop & Eshop

We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Please review the following return policy for details on how to handle faulty, defective, or incorrectly delivered items.

1. Faulty or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or malfunctioning and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we advise you to first contact the manufacturer directly. They may be able to provide a solution without needing a return. If a return is necessary, please ensure that you include the manufacturer’s call reference number, a test report, and/or a detailed customer description of the issue. For guidance on each situation, please email us at admin@onestopeshop.com.

Please note the following:

A detailed description of the fault is required; vague descriptions such as “it does not work,” “faulty,” or “DOA” are insufficient.

A minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied unless the items are returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. This fee is a percentage of the value of the goods and may be increased if necessary to more accurately reflect our loss.

If the returned items are found to be in perfect condition, a minimum 15% restocking fee will still apply. This fee is based on the value of the goods and may be adjusted to reflect a fair evaluation of our loss, taking into account factors such as labor required and the condition of the packaging and contents. The final restocking fee percentage will be confirmed to you after we receive the returned goods.

You are responsible for the costs of returning goods by delivery. Returned items will be examined and tested by our team. If the problem is identified, we will coordinate with the manufacturer to offer a free repair or replacement. Whether a repair or replacement is provided will be at our discretion. One Stop & Eshop reserves the right to reject returned items not in their original condition. If such goods are accepted, we may impose the restocking/handling fee described above or a higher fee, depending on the condition of the returned goods.

Please ensure the RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number is clearly visible on a label on the exterior packaging. Please note that only hardware and software issues are covered under this warranty.

2. Incorrect Item Delivered

We are committed to protecting your personal information and have implemented security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
